Please note that if you cancel within 24 to 48 hours of your appointment, a charge of 50% of the treatment cost will apply.A full charge of 100% will be applied for any treatment not canceled at least 24 hours in advance or for failure to attend the appointment.
Prepayment & Booking Agreement
Prepayment is required for all treatment bookings.
By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms, and you will be asked to accept them through the online booking system.
Late Arrivals
If you are running late to your appointment, please notify us before your scheduled time.We will do our best to accommodate you and may adjust your treatment time by 5 to 10 minutes.However, if you are more than 50% of the treatment time late, it may not be possible to complete the service.You may be offered an alternative service (at full price) if appropriate.Otherwise, it will be considered a no-show, and you will forfeit your deposit.
