All treatments are provided with reasonable care and skill and are tailored, where appropriate, to the individual client following consultation and assessment.
Treatment recommendations are based on the information available to us at the time of consultation and treatment.
2. Appointments and Bookings
Appointments may be booked through our website or directly with us.
A booking is considered confirmed once you receive confirmation from us.
When booking, you are responsible for providing accurate and complete contact details and any information reasonably required for us to provide the service safely.
Appointment availability is subject to change. In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible and offer an alternative appointment where appropriate.
3. Prices and Payment
The price of each treatment is displayed at the time of booking.
Any optional add-on treatments selected during the booking process will be added to the total price shown before the booking is completed.
Where a deposit or advance payment is required, the amount will be clearly shown during the booking process.
Prices may change from time to time, but any confirmed booking will be charged at the price agreed when the booking was made unless the treatment is subsequently changed at your request.
4. Consultation and Health Information
